When an officer has a labor related issue, they must first file a Complaint Form with your site Steward or a National Representative from NUPSA. Be sure to fill out the form as honest and complete as possible. Your employer will not see this form. This is for internal and investigational use only. The information provided is used only by the Steward and/or NUPSA officers to compile your grievance.
